Celine began
riding horses at the age of six in Chantilly, France - the Horse
Capital of France, just outside of Paris. Celine's early
training and love for horses is how she acquired her excellent
hard work ethic...which has given her the ability to ride and
train all types and disciplines of horses.
She grew up
showing in the Jumper Division as well as Dressage, Eventing and
vaulting. She has an extensive background in Dressage and
Jumpers, and educates her student's about the importance of good
horsemanship. She is certified from the American Riding
Instructor Association (ARIA) level 2 Jumper and level 1
Dressage.
She trains and
competes in all levels of competitions, from Baby Green Hunter
to Grand Prix jumper.
Celine moved to
Dallas, Texas in 1999 and worked for Las Colinas Equestrian
Center as an instructor and head trainer. She has ridden with
George Morris, Dale Pederson, and made frequent trips to Belgium
to train with Jos Kumps, one of the finest trainers in the
world. Kumps trained both the Olympic Champion, Rodrigo Pessoa
of Brazil and World Champion, Dermott Lennon of Ireland.
She and her team
of riders compete mostly around Texas, but do travel all around
the United States..... as far as Colorado, California, Kentucky
and Florida.
Her riders have
earned many Champions at these shows and many THJA Year End
awards. Among those, team Gold Medal and Bronze Individual medal
for Pony Jumper Finals 2009.
